The presentation centers on methods for luminance mapping using relatively simple equipment, as well as some problems that arise when accurate data input is required. In particular, problems related to luminance response calibration and the inclusion of the sun in the scene. A digital camera with fish-eye adapter was used and HDR images were produced by Photosphere. Post-processing of the images was necessary in order to compensate for the particularities of the lens.
