When you submit your bug report or feature request, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes and we may post it to the discussion list. We endeavor to respond to all requests within 48 hours, but this may not always be possible. Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs fixes and patches in the Known Problems or FAQ section of the Help page. To keep abreast of the latest changes and updates, we advise that you join our discussion list.
